Help on Microsoft update

I hope this is the right place to ask this: Every time I try to run Microsoft update I get error message
0X000A1391  when I try to access help on that page the cursor turns to a fist and want allow the access. Anyone have a idea what's going on. I've tried to shut down all pop-up blockers and etc. but nothing helps.

    Proper forum would be Software - Windows XP, this forum is for Hardware issues for the Inspiron line of products.
