Hi,

I have been trying the XPS support numbers provided since yesterday but every time they put the call on hold and I have held the line for aproox 40-45 min but no body seems to pick up the line. I tries to contact the other help desk number there I was told XPS support works from Malaysia and they cant help, other than transfer my call gain to the XPS department.

When I purchased the notebook I was told I would have a 24X7 dedicated helpline for XPS, but what use is a helpline which only puts your call on hold.

Anyone who can help me out with connecting to XPS Support team, kindly let me know what do I have to do.

If anybody from Dell is going through it look into the matter, as this is like taking us customers for a ride.
