How to configure the MediaDirect Button for other programs
I've not been using the MediaDirect since i got the computer and i uninstalled it. How am i going to configure the button so that when i press the button, it launches my desired program instead, such as windows media center. Model : inspiron 1420
Another matter, when i bought this laptop, it never came with the remote control. However, I discovered from my friend that Inspiron 1420 actually comes with the remote control, so by any chance I can get it?

I was able to configue the MediaDirect key on a Studio 17 to launch my iTunes program via the procedure in the following link: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=803584 The steps should allow you to launch any program.
The only change I had to make was placing my string value in quotes since the path contained spaces.
