Inspiron - 15 - 3521 - Password retrieving problem.

I am using this Inspiron -15-3521 for the past few days. On opening the Laptop it asked for a User ID from Microsoft Outlook to enter in. I used my user-id and password to enter in.

Later I came to know that this can be done with a local ID with out using the Microsoft id every time & I changed it. After this the laptop asked for a pin number which I provided.

Now the laptop is asking for only pin number everytime I log in. I forgot the password. If I am trying to enter in change password, it asks for to enter in the old password which I do not remember now. Can you help me out.

Regards

Nagappan

I created a new account using the administrators rights, for which I was having a pin and not the pswd. Later entered in the new user ID and deleted the old user ID. Have started using the new administrator & Thanks for your help.

    Thanks & Regards
