I have Dell Inspiron 3421 with touch screen. It came with touch screen and windows 8 preinstalled.

It did worked well in initial 1 year but later on it was not working sometimes and then completely stopped.

I have upgraded to windows 10 hoping it will detect hardware and will work. But it didn't.

By reading various community blogs I have updated BIOS, chipset , display drivers too.

But still its showing "No pen and touch device" in computer properties.

Any other suggestion ?
