Inspiron 4000 broken
I have an Inspiron 4000. It quit working so I replaced the motherboard. It still doesn't work. The lights on the side will be on, then blink off. The screen doesn't pop on either. Is there something else that could be wrong?

My self. The motherboard came already put together. I just had to screw it in.
