i just got my new 9100 four days ago and since ive had two problems:

1) wheni installed my internet connection every now and again a blue screen come up with white writtin sayin stuff like: if this is the first time u get this messege then just restrt ur laptop but if this is happens more than once contact ur manufactor..... ur hardware might have not beeen installed properly, try re installin...and it goes on sometin like that. when the laptop restarted i sent the report to microsoft and they say its my modem driver, its not updated so they gave me a link to update it...which i did but the problem has not gone, now i dont kno wot to do. i got a webstar modem dpx 100.

2) i installed call of duty and set the settings to normal, not best but not worse either but i keeps freezin up, as i play the game it just stops and i have to restrt the laptop. ive read another thread with a similar problem but i didnt get wot to do.

any help on above wud b appreciated
