I have an Inspion E1505 notebook computer running Windows XP professional. The computer is 18 months old and out of warranty. I left the notebook outside one night and it rained on the computer indirectly (it was partially covered). When I went to turn on the computer, I discovered the display did not function. I saw a slight outline of the Windows XP logo once but the display does not function anymore. I have been letting the computer air out in a low humidity environment. I don't know what else to do! I'm scared to take the rest of the computer apart and I wouldn't know what to do if I did. Does anybody have any tips or advice? Let me know if you need to know anything else.
