KERNEL32.dll?? please HELP!
OK. So I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 that I bought back in 09' I turned on my laptop to check my email (which i do daily) and I recieved "The Blue Screen of Death" and it reads that ' KERNEL32.dll was not found. RE-installing the application may fix this problem", If anyone can help me i would gladly appreciate it! :)

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Kernal32 is basically the center of all operations on your computer. You can try a system restore to put the system back to factory conditions. Performing the restore will delete anything you have added to this computer up to the point of restoring.
Boot the system up and start pressing the F8 key. Once you have the options on the screen you can choose"Repair Your Computer" Follow the onscreen instructions to restore.
If this fails you will need to manually reinstall Windows, Drivers and Software.
