I don't know what mo.no means but without providing any details about the problem it is impossible to provide advice. Try listing things that pertain to the problem like:
What model Dell computer are you using?
What type of keyboard? (wired usb, wired PS/2, wireless, bluetooth, built in?
When did it fail? After an update? After a spill? after the machine was dropped or fell? during a reboot?
Were there any symptoms of keyboard failure prior?
Is it the whole keyboard or a certain row? or certain numbers or letters?
Is the machine under warranty? if so have you contact Customer Support?
When was the last time you took your computer out for a walk? (that's a joke I'm only kidding)
The more info and detail you provide about the problem the easier it will be to help you.
