Latitude e6500 - Identify the wireless

My e6500 was purchased in 2009 and had XP until this week when that blew up.  We have installed Windows 7 and have pretty much all hardware hooked up with new drivers.  Except the wireless.  We can't tell what the wireless card is so any help to identify it would be very much appreciated.

    Dell Wireless 1390 Mini-Card
    Dell Wireless 1390 ExpressCard (post RTS)
    Dell Wireless 1490 Mini-Card
    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945 Mini-Card

    Enter the Service Tag of the computer and choose the Operating System installed on the system.
