Lattitude E5470 thinks it's a tablet
After updating to Window 10 1703, my laptop thinks it's a table. I'm able to enable "tablet mode", but the laptop does not have a touch screen. This causes issues when I dock the laptop to the E Dock. The primary screen won't show on the external monitor unless I duplicate the laptop screen to the monitor.
If I boot the laptop in the dock. All is fine. But if I eject the laptop from the dock, use it, and redock it, I have the same issue. Any time the laptop is used out of the dock it thinks it's a tablet.
I wiped and reloaded Windows 1703 and the issue did not resolve. I'm running the latest June update of the Intel graphics drivers.
This issue was not there on Window 10 Anniversary update. It did not appear until 1703.
