I have a Dell Inspiron N5010.  This was bought with Windows 7, nor running Windows 10.

I use the ITC high definition audio driver.   Dell warn that this is not guaranteed to work under Windows 10.  But it's been OK for a while.

Yesterday I had a "please update Java" message.  And my sound stopped working.

After various attempts to re-install the driver - which didn't work - I accidentally deleted the "Sound, video and games controller" entry in device manager.  So there's no way I know of the install a sound driver, when there is no entry in device manager.

HELP!  Any ideas how to get it back?
