I have an Inspirion 9300.  After having motherboard replaced I have audio problems.  I am  ill and unable to stay on the phone with techs to fix problem.  Have done diagnostics a few times.  Can anyone suggest someone I can call to get some help with getting a service person out here to fix my laptop.  I paid for in home service but dell insists I go through the phone stuff again and again even though I am physically unable.  Tech reps hang up if I argue or try to explain the problem.  Can someone please advise as I have had computer less than a year and it has been on mute all but the first two months, and being restricted health wise I would relly like the sound back.
