Not much; if it doesn't work on install, it's either faulty or incompatible. Did you buy RAM tested to work in a Dell system?

Thank you for the information.  I also found out that I need to update my BIOS and download on the LT and then it should read it.  If not, then I will take your advice.  That is a very useful site.  Thanks again.
