I see that some people have posted that have ordered an ATI 9600 for their I8500's. I know that they are supposed to cost $145 plus shipping. I see that the part number people are using is H3251. The problem is when ever I call them I'm told that yes, that part number is for this card but Dell will not sell this card though spare parts. It can only be purchased with a new system and that Dell is not planning on selling this card through spare parts.

 

Could someone please post a good spare parts phone number (in USA) so that I can understand what the Dell rep is saying. A correct part number or part number they ordered if the one above isn't correct.
