refurbished DELL laptop return question?

I recently got a basic refurbished Inspiron laptop from the DELL Outlet site. It is loaded with all kinds of software that I don't want & seems to be affecting its performance. I want to just reformat the whole thing and start from scratch with the supplied XP disc, but will this void any kind of 30 day return warranty policy in case I decide not to keep it?

    No, it won't, but be sure you ordered the CDs with the system before you start. Your return period is more like 2 weeks for a rebuilt system - it's 21 days for a new one.

    do a google search for dell decrapifier  use that program it works great.
