I am DESPERATLEY trying to do a system factory restore. I have opened it up and it is asking for my user name (which I have put in) and also my password. I am fairly sure that I have put in the right one but t is telling me that it is wrong. I have tried various permutations with the password,but it is still being rejected.How on earth am I going to get it to open if I can't remember it. I am desperate,and being a senior citizen it is now beginning to get me down. I am at a loss as to what I can do. Is thee any one out there who can make any suggestions as to what I can do.
