Hi MazenLasheen,
It is good that diagnostics passed. This indicates that all the hardware components are working as designed.
I would like to know if you experience the system overheating before it shuts down while playing games.
I recommend you to flash BIOS and update Cipset and Video drivers from the following links:
BIOS: http://dell.to/13EB5VX
Note: While flashing BIOS connect the Ac adapter and make sure the battery has minimum 15% charge as this needs uninterrupted power supply. Do not use the system till it restarts and comes up to the desktop.
Chipset: http://dell.to/15wLWjk
Intel Graphics: http://dell.to/15wLWjk
Above provided link for video driver is for Intel Graphics card. In case the system has Nvidia or AMD video card, I request you to download the relevant driver from the link below:
http://dell.to/15wLWjkSelect the Operating system and click on Video which will list all the Video drivers for this system. Restart the system after each driver update.
Let me know the status after all the drivers update.

Hi MazenLasheen,
You may ignore this error message. As the system has up-to-date BIOS, this error message is popping up.
Let me know about the system performance after chipset and graphic driver update. Please send me a private message with the system service tag to check the system details and assist you further. Please click on my name and click Start Conversation to send me a private message.

Hi MazenLasheen,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
I recommend you to run diagnostics on the hardware components of the system. To run diagnostics restart the system and at the Dell logo tap the F12 key every two seconds. This will start the One-time boot menu. Using arrow keys select ‘Diagnostics’ and hit enter. This will run diagnostics on the hardware components of the system which may take around 5 minutes. Please reply to this post in case of any error message.
You have mentioned in the post that you tried to run system rate. I would like to know if it is run by navigating to system properties as shown in the picture below:
Please provide the system model and the operating system to assist you further.
