unknown devices when upgrading to winxp

i have 4 unknown devices in device manager when i recently upgraded to winxp. i also have 1 unsupported device. can anyone enligthen me on this? thanks!

    Hi,

     

    It is for the E-Support button. It does not work under XP and Dell has no plans to write any XP driver for it.

     

    I forgot to mention, that everything else will work just fine.
