My window was leaking during tropical storm Fay and the dripping splattered on my Inspiron 6000 laptop. I unplugged it although it was off and removed the battery and let it dry for 3 days. I tilted it and let what little water was on it drain out. There was not much water on it. When I turn it on now the three green lights  with (9,A, down arrow come on and after a few seconds shut off. Is it Ruined? Thanks
