I know that this question has been brought up before in the forums, but I haven't found a concrete answer. Does dell have a policy of replacing LCD monitors that have dead pixels? I have two 2001FP monitors, and each has some dead pixels that are turning out to be some kind of an issue. Just wondering if anyone knows that "official" policy.
