I recently purchased an XPS system with a 19" UltraSharp flat screen monitor.  The monitor is great except for one thing.  When the computer is off, the monitor screen continues to "glow".  This glow does not go away even if I manually turn off the monitor.  It's like a big night-light at night! The tech people at Dell said the glow will always be present because the monitor has a fluorescent screen.  Has anyone else noticed this on their UltraSharp screen?  They told me I could cover up the monitor at night.
