Monitor black out problems
My monitor keeps blacking out when I am using it. We notified support and we ran several test.
We even unpluged it completely from the cpu and it still went black. We were told it was the monitor and they sent us a refurbished one in its place and sent back ours. However I am still haveing the same problem. Anyone got any suggestions. Model # E773c

Hey Chris,
I had my Dimension for a really long time. I have a 22inch and a 17 inch dell Flat panels hook on to my Dimension 9200. For a couple of years this computer ran with both monitors as extended view. I also upgraded to win7 ultimate for about 1.5 year already. 3 months ago this started to happen. I even changed the HD due to out of space issues. But even after the new install of WIN7, the black out keeps happening. I can power off then on, the screen would appear for 2 seconds and dissappear again. Any ideas? This only happens to the white connection. The 17 is connected via VGA (blue). The 17 is always on and always good. thanks,
