Tried the same cable as used before with Samsung (VGA cable to monitor with VGA-to-HDMI converter to videocard RX 580).
Nothing changed with response time... Normal mode gives about 8ms, wich good but often noticable... Changing to Fast mode, wich must be 6ms, makes it even more noticable... In this moment during scrolling page, on fast mode moving all objects (text, images) became more ghosted than in normal mode.
Fast mode must be faster? Right? But all pointed says that it slower! How it can be? And how I can use 6ms mode without ghosted glitches?

The 2010 Samsung E1920NR was connected via a VGA to VGA cable. Do the same with the P1917S. Then test at Response Time Normal and Fast.
