S2340LC, buying new adapter?

I've had this monitor for quite a few years now, so definitely out of warranty. But is it still possible to buy a replacement power adapter as my current one keeps getting the 'Wrong power adapter detected. The display will shut down in 10 seconds' message. Was working fine previously, not sure what happened to it. Is it still possible to buy a new adapter for it? Because I can't find it anywhere. Or is it no longer manufactured? Thanks.

    Hi Aelaz,

The power connector consists of two parts, the power adaptor and the power cable. The power cable should be a standard kettle lead whereas the power adaptor should be a 40W 12V 3 pin adaptor. There should be a part number listed on the label either PPID or DP/N. If you then did a websearch for that part number you should find plenty of results as it's a fairly common part utilised across many platforms and models.
