Mine in 2023 also has the gab and wobbles noticeably compared to my 34" monitor not Dell that sits next to it. Return or jam some paper in there to reduce the wobble though this reduces ease of adjustments. Notably my Dell 2015 monitor it's replacing doesn't have this problem at all.
