S3423DWC, DDM 2.3.1.16 , Windows 11 stuck in splash screen

same issue in DDM 2.1 / 2.2
plz help.

My monitor got stuck on the splash screen while using Windows 11, I don't remmber exactly which of these methods worked but you should try as well.

Ensure that all cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, power) are securely connected and try using a different cable or port on your PC. I also tried performing a hard reboot by holding the power button until the PC shuts down, then turn it back on. Make sure you have the latest version of Dell Display Manager. Right-click on the desktop and select display settings. Ensure the monitor is detected and configured correctly. Also try to disable DDM at startup. Hopefully, it will start working again.
