Whenever I watch a video the image get covered with a semi transparent blue layer. The layer disappear if I move the window with the video, and after few seconds it appears again. The semitransparent blue layer does not get captured by the print screen. The blue layer is clearly visible on top of the video and and also around the video (a padding of about 10 pixel around the video). I experienced this problem also in another PC, and also with a different graphic card. I performed the diagnostics test on the screen: pressed button 1+4 and went through the colors and text without noticing any strange behavior.
