The pivot function is in the video card or adapter driver, not monitor driver. Nvidia incorporates NV Rotate in most of their drivers, ATI does not. Only later packaged drivers for like the Radeon 9800 have a Dell packaged driver on the Dell downloads site which accomodates 'rotation'. If you don't have either of these cards, software is available to accomplish this. Try this one free trial.
