USB ports on a Dell 1907FP non-functional
I have a dell 1907FP connected to my D420 portable, none of the usb ports seem to work on the monitor and is listed under other devices as usb device......any ideas?

Yes i did connect the cable included with the monitor to the computer and also the upstream cable but it's still not working, are we lookin at a possible hadware fault??1101

Go into the device manager. Delete everything under Universal Serial Bus controllers. When done, close all boxes and restart the PC. Once rebooted, the USB stuff will reappear. Check the monitor USB ports.
