Release note for 7.3.2 jumbo 11 is actually 7.3.2 release note. When jumbo patch was release EMC simply updated the document. I already complained to that practice here along with some other "new" things:
    https://forums.emc.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=48200&tstart=0

One thing that has never changed is that release supplement (or notes now) never cover all changes in code. While it is not rocket science to get full list (actually, to make it even more funny that list is usually public after some time) official document by EMC (back then Legato too) never has full list (only one category of code changes is included to be more precise). I did raise that issue once with EMC ppl so hopefully they will change that too.

To get full list best option would be to contact your support -they should have direct insight into what has changed and do those changes apply to your working environment.
