Getting error message when performing a nsrjb -Iv or Hv command

I am going on vacation in 2 weeks and I want my co worker to to do the tape backups for me. I put him in the local administrator group on my Windows Server that is running Legato Networker 7.4 SP3. When he performs either a nsrjb -Hv or nsrjb -Iv he get the following error: 39078:nsrjb: Networker error: User john.doe on server2 does not have  'Operate devices and jukeboxes' privilege on server2. He has no issues on another server running Legato Networker 7.4 SP5. I basically did the same thing on that server and put him in the local administrator group on that Windows server. I have never seen this before. I tried looking up on Google and could not find anything. Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

Go to you backup server console (putty if unix or cmd if windows) and run the following command

    nsraddadmin -u john.doe@server2

As we do not have any further details we cannot really be of good help. It could be a config issue but it could also be a software bug.

May i suggest that for these rare operation, he should login to NMC/NW Admin as the default NW user (administrator).
