Well i have no information to get a 7.4.2 but you can get the 7.4.5 from this location - ftp://ftp.legato.com/pub/NetWorker/Cumulative_Hotfixes/7.4/ . If you are trying to uninstall and windows isnt letting you to then the version matters, else the sub version should not really matter. The Major release version is still the same.
