NetWorker EBR Privileges
. IHAC who can log in to the vSphere web interface using his administrator profile and the EMC Backup and Recovery plugin appears. A username and password were assigned to a service account for the backup administrators to use. Even though the same administrative privileges were used, the service account cannot see the plugin. Any thoughts on what I may be missing?

Hi Brian,
Is the vcenter's in linked mode by any chance? : https://support.emc.com/kb/185205
Also, check if the user for registration is having permissions on vCenter level
