I have a problem with console port. Swith have console-type cable "USB-Console". I haven't this cable type. I used USB-USB cable and other type-cable using USB-adapter. In first case (USB-USB), my laptop doesn't see remote device (Switch). In second case, my laptop see cable, but the connection with the swith is failed.

I used the configuration for my minicom from official Dell website

    PowerConnect: 2700, 2800, 3400, 3500, 5400, 5500, 6200, 7000, 8024, 8100
    Series X: 1000, 4000
    Series for model: m6220, M6348, 8024, m8024-k, MXL, IOA, C9010
    Series N: 2000, 3000, 4000
    Force10: S25, S50, S55, S60, S4810, S4820, S5000, S6000, Z9000, Z9500

    Set the bound rate: 9600.
Set data format 8 bit, for stop bit value 1 and set the value Not Parity.
    Set flow control: No.

But i tryed to use other settings as well, also without result.
