The previous OS9 version comes with a embedded webserver but it only shows a running-config like info page and not a WebGui for a easy klick and feel management.

The S4148T-ON is mostly managed through the CLI  you can use SSH, Telnet, or just plug in via the console cable. There's also an out-of-band management port if you want to keep your management traffic separate, or you can go the in-band route using a VLAN interface. No fancy GUI out of the box, though.
