63-aycx

I switched to AOL from MSN. My computer keeps crashing while on AOL. Talked to tech at AOL and he led me to an area where we found what I believe is an error message:  63-aycx.  He tells me this is not an AOL problem. That something else is causing this error.  Everything else is great when working with MSN. Tried disarming Sygate firewall, computer clean up, defrag, ran anti-virus, spyware remover, even did a few online scans ( Trend Micro) computer seems to be fine to me.
Would like to stay with AOL for a while if problem can be fixed, any suggestions?

Dialup or broadband?  Some searches do turn up hits on this but all refer to an AOL dialup error.
