Hello, Before I explain the question, I hope you can bare with me as I am not as great when it comes to internet problems. Any other thing I'm quite good with. Now I believe my computer is Alienware M14x But all it says is "Alienware 14" 

So the question is this, Everytime I go on skype my internet constantly drops out, and I think It's something to do with the 5ghz I get, but maybe my router is a 2.4ghz? If that's the case then how can I downgrade to a 2.4ghz from 5ghz? If that's not the case, I'm not sure what else there is to do, because It's highly annoying getting disconnected all the time. I love this computer, but I just don't know how to fix it. Please let me know, and If you have questions about the type of computer, explain how I can get it for you, and I'll post it in the thread.
