Fixing Error: Notification dll has not been registered, program will not work properly (Windows 32bit [x86])

Fixing Error: Notification dll has not been registered, program will not work properly (Windows 32bit [x86])

Open an elevated command prompt.

To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click "Command Prompt", and then click Run as administrator.

In Windows 8, go to the Start screen. Start typing cmd and Windows will find "Command Prompt". Right click "Command Prompt" and choose Run as administrator.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.

Type regsvr32 wltrynt.dll and press Enter.

Just got a new Dell Inspiron with Windows 10 64 bit. Got this also. When I tried your fix, I got this: The module "wltrynt.dll" failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored in the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found. Not sure what how to deal with it?
