Keeps booting

Every time I close a tab, a message comes up error, When I click send report,,or just close it, all my tabs close and I have to start over,,,WHY??

I have a XPS 400 PC.

what internet browser are you using?.. if you are using Internet Explorer 7 you can try to reset the settings by clicking tools > internet options > advanced > reset. :smileywink:
