Recent Internet Problems

Hi, I just got Comcast to install cable internet today, and my internet stopped working. Before, I had Qwest, and everything worked. Not sure if this has to do anything with it not working, just throwing it in there just in case. Otherwise, it keeps saying that it has "Limited or No Connectivity." When I tried to repair the problem, it keeps showing that it needs to renew the IP address, but it won't do it. What we've tried was: WinFix which many other forums said to try. I've tried to set up default IP's from what the provider has. I've reformatted the computer, installed the driver and still doesn't work. Is the network card broken? Also, I have a 700m inspiron.

To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.

Sooo...I tried every method on that page, and it's still the same problem. Everything was already correctly set in the computer when I tried and check the methods. Would the network card be bad or something? Maybe hardware? Please help me out...

What happens if you go into the command prompt window and type ipconfig /release and then hit the Enter key and then type ipconfig /renew then hit the Enter key?
