    roy0381,

You could connect your old computer to your new computer using ethernet cards.  Your new computer probably has one built in.  You could configure what is called ICS or Internet Connection Sharing on your new computer and "share" the dial-up internet connection to NetZero on the new computer.

In essence, your old computer would connect to the internet through your new computer and both would be able to be online at the same time.  It will be painfully slow, however, since it is a dial-up connection.
