I need to know what internal AC wifi cards will be compatible with a Dell L702x and will work with most routers (backwards compatibility) I have tried the Dlink USB cards that do work, however, they disable the internal WIFI cards until they are uninstalled (you cannot have both in the machine at once. I would like to do a once-and-for-all upgrade to the system but I need to know which one(s) is/are compatible.
The only cards that we have tested in this system are listed below.
WLAN Mini-Card
The WLAN Mini-Card slot on the Dell™ XPS™ L702X system is located on the bottom of the system underneath the access panel. Only WLAN Mini-Cards work in this slot; other cards types do not.
Three wires can be connected to the card, all of which may not be used. The black and white wires are used on most WLAN cards, while the gray wire is only be used on certain N or draft-n cards.
The following WLAN cards are offered on this system.
There was supposed to be an image with the email, but it was unviewable. Are there any AC cards that will work? Are the above dual band wifi cards (will they see 5.2.mhz?)
