Wired Connection Issue
Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 14 laptop. I'm trying to connect to the Internet using a wired connection. I purchased a USB-C to Ethernet Adapter so that I can plug into the router. When I switch the wireless Internet to off and plug in the cable, the wired connection tells me I'm not connected to the Internet. I'm using Microsoft Edge and on the box for the adapter it says compatible with Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. I have not found one that is compatible to Microsoft Edge. Is this the reason I'm not able to connect to the Internet? Do I need to find an adapter compatible with Edge?
