I have Dell Studio 1749 and  when i push the wireless button i.e. f2 nothing happens (no interface comes up)

this problem (wireless and bluetooth not working) occuring from the day when i reinstall my genuine window 7 home premium.

I am Regularly used to update window but manually I installed wireless driver  , here are some details of device manager-

Network Adapters-

                               Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN mini-card                ------- ( Driver I install )

                               EasyTether Network Adapter

                               Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
