software problem
I installed a new game and it loaded without a problem, however, when I launch the game and click "PLAY" the following error message comes up "Requested API (7) not found. Reason: Vertex Shader 3.0 not supported". Can someone tell me what that means?

It sounds like your Video card is not compatible. Repost on the Gaming section HERE, include your PC model number Operating System, video card and name of Game so they can further assist you.
