I have an Optiplex 9020 MT with a GTX 645 OEM and an Optiplex 3020 MT with a GT 730 2GB currently. I am looking to upgrade and am considering purchasing two of the Gigabyte RX 570 4GB graphics card.

I am aware that I need to upgrade my PSU to the recommended requirements (450w min.) and I will need to purchase the 24-pin to 8-pin adapter.
I am just concerned because I have read posts that people have had issues with upgraded graphics card not being compatible sometimes and wanted to see if this graphics would work in my system.

Hi @drayth,
What CPU's do you have in your 9020 & 3020? That way, bottleneck can be determined if the Gigabyte RX 570 4GB is a good fit to go with your CPU's.
One of our Rockstars regularly recommends EVGA 700BR to make sure there's 150w left on the 3.3v/5v rails. This falls in line with Dell PSU's.

what @bradthetechnut was showing is that RX570 is slightly on the weak side for RX570. The gpu on the red team that perfectly matches the i7-4770 in terms of speed would be RX580.
Graphic card and processor will work great together
Intel Core i7-4770 (Clock speed at 100%) with AMD Radeon RX 580 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 0.03% of bottleneck.
your i3 (2 core) cpu is too weak a cpu for gaming. consider upgrade to i5 or i7.
The RX gpu may require bios secure boot to be enabled. Someone may tell you the other way around, that secure boot has to be disabled for non Dell gpu. you will see.

One option if you wanted to save a little $ on the 3020:
Graphic card and processor will work great together:
Intel Core i3-4130 (Clock speed at 100%) with 60w NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 0.43% of bottleneck.
It won't be as hot of a gaming rig as your 9020, but PSU's wouldn't need upgrading.

3020 7020 9020 require 24 to 8 pin power supply conversion.

If I upgrade to the GTX 750 TI would I still need to upgrade the original Dell PSU as well?

No. A 290w PSU will run up to a 75w card. I've seen users on YouTube run 75w cards with a little less than that.
Being a single-slot card, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 60 W maximum.
PC Builds recommends at least 8GB RAM to go with your i3-4130.

With slightly more bottleneck than the RX 580, the GTX 750 ti will also work with the I7-4770.
Graphic card and processor will work great together:
Intel Core i7-4770 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (Clock speed at 100%) x4 will produce only 5.57% of bottleneck.
PC Builds recommends 16GB RAM.

Your processor is too weak for this graphic card:
Intel Core i3-4130 (Clock speed at 100%) with AMD Radeon RX 570 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce 36.67% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck.
