I've got a Dell OptiPlex 7010 from one of our clients in the Office, I'm trying to free the desktop from the all-in-one structure which holds and connects to the monitors.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't get the latch to unlock nor the PC to come out of the system sleeve.
