I have a OptiPlex 7060. The amber light has been blinking and I can't get it to turn on. It blinks a bunch fast, then two slow. When I hold the power button, the white light comes on for about half a second, so do the fans, and then goes to amber blinking. I have tried to unplug, drain power, and replug and that didn't help. I unplugged all extras (including mouse, and keyboard) and the white light came on for just a little longer, but still went to amber. I am not in a position to replace the parts, and even then I don't know how to; I would have to take it to a repair shop.
